Rosgeo, Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited and Quippo Oil and Gas Infrastructure Ltd (India) have made an Agreement of Cooperation within the Eastern Economic Forum, today. Director General, Chairman of the Board of Rosgeo, and Sunil Kanoria, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed the document.

Under the Agreement, the Parties intend to develop their cooperation in the land and marine geophysical surveys in India (including seismic surveys in transit zones), airborne geophysical, gravity and magnetometer measurements, drilling operations (including deep and ultra-deep drilling) in the both countries, as well as, well site design, construction and service.

"The Agreement reflects our commitment to the Rosgeo's strategy, which is focused on a considerable increase in the proceeds from international projects and creation of new partnerships," — Sergey Gorkov. "We are confident that our cooperation with Srei and Quippo would be long-term and mutually beneficial and make a real contribution to the development of trade and economic ties between Russia and India."

Rosgeo and Quippo are also intent on promoting the cooperation in comprehensive services of field infrastructure development, intellectual drilling, delivery of equipment for well logging and horizontal directional drilling, and Russian equipment for geological exploration for raw hydrocarbons and sold minerals in India.

As agreed, this autumn, Rosgeo and Quippo intend to define pilot projects as part of the joint work and to develop specific cooperation mechanisms for each project.
