The training outcomes will be developed and implemented into Kaizen projects aimed at implementation of the strategic directions of RosGeo development to 2025. The main priorities of Kaizen projects are to find and expand the portfolio of commercial contracts, to build an efficient production system and implement the cost optimization actions.

“Today, all the best universities over the world and in Russia are developing in accordance with the model of the University of the third generation — a university that is engaged not only in education and advanced research, but also cooperates with companies of different industries, the real sector. For us, the cooperation with RosGeo is the main proof of the correctness of the model we have selected for development and the way we go, — emphasized Valery Katkalo, the First Vice-Rector of the High School of Economics, Dean of the High School of Business. — In this program, we decided to bring the most advanced methods, first of all, this project-based approach and on-line technologies in education. I would like to wish to all participants to be more than professional and personal development. You have to make a bid that you will be exactly the leaders and drivers of the big strategic changes that are taking place now and planned for the future in RosGeo.”

More than 60 heads of subsidiaries of RosGeo will take part in the management training program “Strategic Planning and Change Management Tools in the Organization”, which will continue until March 2021. The program is implemented in on-line format using the “live virtual” technology.
