Rosgeo and Management Company YuGK LLC (Yuzhuralzoloto Group of Companies) have made an Agreement of Cooperation in the field of subsoil use. Sergey Gorkov, Director General, Chairman of the Board of Rosgeo, and Konstantin Strukov, President of YuGK signed this document.
The Agreement will make it possible to establish joint ventures for implementation of investment projects on searching, prospecting and exploring for new minerals deposits in the Russian Federation and abroad, as well as to develop and put the discovered deposits into operation.
Besides, pursuant to the Agreement, Rosgeo and YuGK will consider the joint updating, reevaluation and additional exploration of the reserves in the currently unexploited deposits to make them available for the further productive use.
