Rosgeo founded a subsidiary in the Republic of Kazakhstan – Limited liability partnership RosgeoKaz.
The idea of creating a subsidiary is caused by the Rosgeo's plans on the implementation of projects in the field of subsoil use in Kazakhstan, and the need for establishing an independent legal entity in the Republic and obtaining necessary licenses in accordance with the local legal requirements.
Rosgeo is currently set to embark on a number of projects in Kazakhstan related to 2D and 3D seismic surveys for raw hydrocarbons and exploration for solid mineral deposits within the frameworks of the agreements signed in May between NK KazMunaiGas and Kazgeologia.
