Moscow, June 10, 2020 RosGeo became the winner of 16 open tenders for prospecting of solid commercial minerals (SCM), conducted by regional subdivisions of Federal Subsurface Management Agency for a total amount of over 4 billion rubles.

Along with the tenders won by the company for regional hydrocarbon surveys for the total amount of 8,9 billion rubles (see the press release dated June 3, 2020), new contracts for prospecting of solid commercial minerals will provide a significant contribution to the company revenue growth in the coming years and have a positive influence on the financial results of RosGeo.

The majority of new fields for prospecting of solid commercial minerals are located in the Far East. RosGeo was recognized the winner in 8 tenders held by Department for subsurface managment in Far Eastern Federal District (Dalnedra) and 3 tenders conducted by Office for subsurface management in the Republic of Saha (Yakutia).

In particular, RosGeo will perform the prospecting for gold and silver in Chukotka Autonomous District within Central ore site of Kanchalan-Amguem zone (the contract price - 255 million rubles.). In Magadan region the Company will conduct the surveys to identify the gold-copper porphyry mineralization within Shkhiper and Mechiveem promising areas, and assess the resources of gold-quartz ores in Burlakit ore field. The total price of 3 contracts is 742 million rubles.

In Khabarovsk territory RosGeo won the tenders for two sites: the company will perform the surveys for gold-copper porphyry mineralization within Central Anadzhak area, and by the results of surveys in Zvonksk field it would localize and assess the resources of wolfram ore (the price of the contracts is 560 million rubles).

In the Trans-Baikal Territory Dalnedra selected RosGeo as a winner of the tenders for Mulino and Shilka fields, where the Company will conduct the exploration for gold, silver and polymetals. The price of two contracts is 537 million rubles.

As a winner of the tenders in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) RosGeo is engaged in three projects: prospecting of blue john in Lower Yakakite site of Central Aldan fluorite district, identification of commercially valuable diamond fields within Khompu-May area, and surveys for ore gold within Ylen ore field. The price of 3 contracts is 538 million rubles.

In Siberian Federal District the Company was recognized as the winner of four tenders:for prospecting of polymetals ores containing gold and silver at Novonikolsk site in Zmeinogorsk ore district of Altai territory, as well as surveys of gold ore within Upper Orlov area in Irkutsk region, Upper Tatar area in Krasnoyarsk territory and Kizass area in the Republic of Khakassia. The total price of 4 contracts is 1154 million rubles.

In Volga Federal District RosGeo as the winner of the tender will conduct the surveys for copper-pyrite ores within Mambetovo-Karagai area in the Republic of Bashkortostan (the contract price is 235 million rubles).
