RosGeo and SBERBANK have made an agreement of cooperation

Rosgeo and Sberbank have made an Agreement of Cooperation within the Eastern Economic Forum, today.

Sergey Gorkov, Director General, Chairman of the Board of Rosgeo, and German Gref, President and the Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank.

Sberbank and Rosgeo are intent on cooperating in the implementation of geological exploration projects with a high potential of capitalization and with the use of different financing mechanisms, as well as projects on generating a digital platform to facilitate the investments into commercial potential areas of geological prospecting works.

The Parties also plan to cooperate in the creation of a line of software products to ensure the advanced process development and high rate of import substitution, and in the development of algorithms and technologies based on machine learning and artificial intelligence for Big Data processing and analysis.

German Gref, President, Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank: "Sberbank has actively sought to implement the "digital future" and is happy to cooperate in this field with such a strategic partner as Rosgeo. The Bank also gives high priority to the cybersecurity. That’s why, we intend to provide expertise in the implementation of information security procedures for Big Data acquisition, storage and processing, within this Agreement.”
